About UltrAPalace
Ultra Palace is an electronics design co-operative in Victoria, BC, Canada. We are friends, engineers and passionate musicians, that have been developing Midinome and other projects since 2016. We thrive on new tech and adapt with our community feedback to design newer products.
Andrew MArch
is a freelance embedded engineer, guitarist and creator of the open-source sample player WVR. He graduated with a BFA from NSCAD in 2009 and worked for over 20 years as a professional musician, recording engineer, founding the independent record labels Youth Club Records and Craft Singles. Andrew enjoys meditation, playing music with friends, and cycling. He is also a volunteer counsellor at Citizens Counselling Centre.
ENRIQUE BLANC
is an electronics technician, sound engineer, artist,community organizer, and entrepreneur. He is a board member for Burn in the Forest, and he designs and builds LED art installations for BITF and other festivals in British Columbia, for which he has been awarded multiple grants. He does sound engineering for live concerts, theatre productions, TV, and movies. Enrique is an experienced tequila connoisseur and is the top 14th FEZ player in the world.
FILIP PIETRUSZEWSKI
is an electronics designer, engineer, tinkerer, and maker. He runs CCTV.fm - a repair depot and knowledge hub for all things audio electronics. CCTV hosts workshops, designs and manufactures CCTV modules and guitar pedals, and offers design and manufacturing services to other audio electronics start ups. His free time is split between his rescue hound Marvin and his curling team.
